Empower Your Inner Leader
If you’ve ever heard (or used) the term “executive presence” but have no idea what it actually means or how to define it, you’re not alone. Leaders just know they want it. And companies want leaders who have it. So, what is it, exactly? When I ask clients to translate, they usually say something about inspiring confidence in others. But, after working with dozens of leaders across the globe, I realized that what they really mean is inspiring confidence in themselves. The trick is finding this confidence and keeping it close. And sometimes you just need a little help to get there. In this workshop, we’ll practice how to quiet our inner critic, discover our executive presence, and find opportunities to practice using it in our day to day to collaborate more effectively and accelerate our careers.
